FACILITY MANAGMENT

Facility management department in the “Penzensky Gostiny Dvor” MC structure performs the following functions:

1. Construction

   (including selection of developers and contractors; technical supervision over work performance;

   signing the maintenance contract;

   acception of the efficient and complete work performance in accordance with project documentation and timely defect elimination throughout the contract time).

2. External building and construction repair

   (including planning and bringing to order of the outdoor areas).

3. Internal building and construction repair

   (including technical condition monitoring and technical maintenance of engineering networks: public utilities services systems, fire fighting and security systems, escalators and lifts, ventilation and air-conditioning, telephone and computer networks).

4. Incident prevention and alienation of damage consequences

   (including technical consulting).

5. Cleaning services (indoor and outdoor).
6. Execution of legislative maintenance acts, technical documentation support.
7. Representing of proprietor's interests in contacts with providers of public utilities services, interaction with services contractors.
